Kyle Corn serves as General Manager of BioTown Biogas, where he leads operations and engineering for the company’s renewable natural gas business.

At BTB, Kyle manages a diverse team of systems engineers, electricians, lab technicians, mechanics, and dairy managers, with a focus on driving operational excellence and continuous process improvement across the facility. He oversees daily operations and the execution of RNG projects, ensuring efficient and sustainable energy production.

Kyle brings more than two decades of engineering and operations experience to BTB. He spent 15 years at Caterpillar Inc., where he progressed from Machinist to Manufacturing Engineer to Six Sigma Black Belt, building deep expertise in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and large-scale cost management. Prior to assuming his current role, he served as Senior Process Engineer at BioTown Ag from 2019 to 2024, where he advanced energy production operations and drove lean manufacturing practices.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Bradley University and an associate’s degree in Tool and Die from Vincennes University. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
